On June 4, information from Dong A Ward People's Committee, Ninh Binh province, local authorities have just mobilized the household of Mr. Tran Cong T (in Chin Muoi residential group) to voluntarily dismantle all violating works on agricultural land to carry out remedial work according to the provisions of law.
Accordingly, the dismantled items include a system of iron frames with corrugated iron fences, black mesh covering an area of 64.5m2; iron frames with corrugated iron roofs, corrugated iron fences with an area of 58.5m2 and corrugated iron roofs with an area of 13.6m2.
Mr. T's family's self-disciplined compliance not only demonstrates the spirit of respecting the law but also contributes to minimizing difficulties and costs arising in the process of handling violations.
To support people in dismantling to ensure safety and on schedule, Dong A Ward People's Committee has mobilized additional technical workers and necessary vehicles to participate in support. During the implementation process, materials such as iron frames, corrugated iron roofs and remaining usable components were carefully dismantled and handed over to families for preservation and reuse for appropriate purposes.
