According to information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, the Traffic Police force has promptly handled the case of driving a homemade motorbike carrying bulky corrugated iron, endangering traffic participants when receiving reports from people.
Accordingly, at about 6:15 a.m. on September 24, while participating in traffic, people discovered and recorded a motorbike with license plate 98B1-556.60 carrying bulky goods (dredges) violating traffic safety. The images and information were then sent to the Traffic Police force.
Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police directed the patrol team of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 to the scene to handle the situation.
The working group quickly detected and stopped the violating vehicle for inspection.
Through investigation, the driver was identified as Luc Van T (born in 1992, residing in Trung Tam ward, Lao Cai province). The working group drew up a record of administrative violations against Mr. T for committing many violations, including: carrying goods exceeding the vehicle's limit; arbitrarily changing the frame; not having a driver's license; driving a vehicle without a left rearview mirror.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that arbitrarily renovating vehicles to transport bulky, oversized goods poses a high risk of causing traffic accidents. The Traffic Police will continue to strengthen inspections and strictly handle violations to ensure traffic order and safety.
