11 more sets of martyrs' remains found at the 2nd grave site in Le Thi Rieng Park

Ho Chi Minh City - On August 10, functional forces collected 11 more sets of martyrs' remains at Le Thi Rieng Park, many of which came with artifacts.

According to the latest report from the Repatriation Team of Martyrs' Remains under the Ho Chi Minh City Command, the search and exhumation work at Le Thi Rieng Park is still being urgently deployed at the second search location, located within Zone B. On August 10, the task force discovered and repatriated 11 sets of martyrs' remains in Zone B, including 7 sets of remains with artifacts attached.

As of the end of August 10, the task force had discovered and collected 256 sets of martyrs' remains.

Currently, the work of peeling off layers of soil and rock is still being urgently, scientifically and tightly deployed by the Ho Chi Minh City Command. The forces are determined to overcome difficulties in workload, maintain continuous construction to not miss clues, and soon bring the martyrs back.

May 28: Ho Chi Minh City Command issued a notice to find witnesses to the historical photo of the burial of soldiers who sacrificed themselves in the Spring of 1968.
