Through grasping the situation and patrolling and controlling in the area, Mong Cai 1 Ward Police discovered, propagated, and reminded 15 cases of placing obstacles and occupying roads and sidewalks against regulations, and at the same time requested individuals and business households to voluntarily dismantle and move violating items to ensure urban order and traffic safety.
For cases of non-compliance or recurrence, functional forces will resolutely handle them according to the provisions of law.
Hong Gai Ward - the central ward of the old Ha Long City - also launched an inspection and handling campaign for violations of traffic safety and order, encroachment on sidewalks and roadways, especially the situation of placing obstacles under the roadway to "seize space" for cars.

The Ward People's Committee requests households and business households to raise awareness of complying with regulations on management and use of roadways and sidewalks; do not arbitrarily place obstacles to keep parking spaces, do not encroach on public spaces for private purposes.
