Previously, as Lao Dong newspaper reported, at about 9:30 am on July 18, Vang Mi Gi. and Sung Thi D. and three friends came to the Trang Huong bridge foot area on the Nho Que River to play.
While the three children were fishing, Gi. and D. went down to the river to swim and were suddenly swept away by the water and went missing.
