To ensure strict implementation of the Land Law and land management in accordance with the provisions of law, the People's Committee of Thanh Oai commune announced the organization of enforcement and demolition of 10 construction cases on public land and agricultural land in the commune, specifically in the areas: Thanh Mai (previously) 5 cases, Phuong Trung (previously) 5 cases.
Accordingly, construction cases on public land and agricultural land include:
- Le Quang Ren: Construction in Van Chi percentage area, Tan Dan 1 village, Phuong Trung (formerly). Current status of building an iron frame to fire a corrugated iron roof on agricultural land with an area of 336m2.
- Nguyen Dinh Trung: Built in Dong Truc area, Tan Tien village, Phuong Trung (formerly). Current status of building iron frames and firing corrugated iron roofs on agricultural land with an area of 136.6m2.
- Dao Quang Cai: Built in Tan Dan 2 village, Phuong Trung (formerly). Current status of building iron frames and firing corrugated iron roofs and corrugated iron walls on agricultural land with an area of 12.6m2.
- Pham Van Thanh: Construction in Tan Tien village, Phuong Trung (formerly). Current status of building an iron frame to fire a corrugated iron roof on agricultural land with an area of 30.6m2.
- Hoang Tien Dung: Built in Dong Thuc Pham area, Quang Trung village, Phuong Trung (formerly). Current status of building an iron frame and firing a corrugated iron roof with an area of 68.4m2.
- Ha Trong Manh: Built in Bai area, My Thuong village, Thanh Mai (formerly). Current status of welcoming iron frame with corrugated iron roof, pouring concrete for the foundation with an area of 110.2 m2.
- Ha Trong Long: Built in Bai area, My Thuong village, Thanh Mai (formerly). Current status of construction of a level 4 house with a roof with an area of 66.8m2.
- Ha Thi Dao: Built in the Upper Lake area, My Thuong village, Thanh Mai (formerly). The current status has built a level 4 house with an area of 73m2.
- Pham Van Dien: Dumping soil and leveling in Dong Go Quyt area, My Ha village, Thanh Mai (formerly). The current status of the land dumped and leveled on an area of 227.5m2 is 1.5m high with a volume of about 341.2m3.
- Nguyen Duy Chien: Built in Ai area, My Ha village, Thanh Mai (formerly). Current status of pouring concrete, welding iron frames and firing corrugated iron roofs with an area of 175m2.
Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee requested violations to voluntarily comply with the demolition of all violating works and return the land to its original state. If any violating household owner does not comply, the People's Committee of Thanh Oai commune will organize enforcement and demolition of construction works on public land and agricultural land in the commune according to regulations.
On December 21, speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Nguyen Dang Manh - Vice Chairman of Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee said that up to now, 9 households on the above list have voluntarily dismantled the illegal construction.
For a household that dumped and leveled land in Dong Go Quyt, My Ha village, Thanh Mai (previously), the local government has excavated the land and restored it to its original state.
