Through verification, the incident occurred on the evening of January 20 and the traffic police in the clip are officers of the Traffic Police - Police Team of Binh Chanh District Police.
Accordingly, on the evening of January 20, a working group of Binh Chanh District Police including: Traffic Police -TT, officers of Vinh Loc A Commune Police, Vinh Loc B Commune Police... were tasked with handling the topic of alcohol concentration, stimulants and other violations at the routes in Vinh Loc A and Vinh Loc B communes (Binh Chanh District).
At 8:50 p.m., two officers of Vinh Loc B Commune Police patrolled on Lien Hamlet 123 Street and discovered Mr. N.T.T (born in 1985, residing in Ben Tre Province) driving a motorbike with signs of suspected alcohol concentration violations, so they stopped the vehicle. Thereby, the authorities determined that Mr. T violated the alcohol concentration of 0.51 mg/L.

Mr. T could not present his citizen identification card, driver's license, or vehicle registration, so the traffic police took him to Vinh Loc B Commune Health Station for further handling according to regulations. At the same time, Mr. N.T.L (born in 1971, residing in Kien Giang province) was traveling near where the authorities were working.
Mr. L asked the police officers to release the violator but was not approved.
Next, Mr. L presented the construction inspection card of Ward 12 (District 5) to the police officer in the face. Realizing the complicated situation, the police officer took the card to see the information, but Mr. L approached to snatch the card.
At this time, the police officers got out of the car, restrained Mr. L and invited him to the Vinh Loc B Commune Police headquarters to work. At the police station, Mr. L stated that because he saw the guilt of the violator, he intervened in the traffic police's handling process and admitted that it was against regulations.
