The Conference announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on receiving Mr. Cao Ngoc Minh - Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee - to work at the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council and appointing him to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council.
Speaking to assign tasks, Mr. Vu Quynh Khanh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council - affirmed that Mr. Cao Ngoc Minh is a well-trained cadre, with solid political qualities, good synthesis thinking, and scientific and responsible working methods.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Council believes and hopes that in his new position, Comrade Cao Ngoc Minh will continue to promote his qualities, capacity, and work experience; quickly approach work; maintain solidarity and unity in the leadership collective of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council Cao Ngoc Minh promised that in his new position, he will strive to learn, quickly approach work, and closely coordinate with the leadership collective, officials, and civil servants of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council Office to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
