On April 4, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced the pilot adjustment of traffic organization in the Dong Kinh - Nghia Thuc Square area (Hoan Kiem district) from April 7, 2025 to April 30, 2025.

Accordingly, the area of Le Thai To Street (opposite Hong Van - Long Van Building, No. 1 - 3 Le Thai To) will be fenced off and vehicles will be restricted to the fountain of Dong Kinh - Nghia Thuc Square.

Immediately after this announcement was posted, social networks were abuzz with information about starting to demolish the Shark Hand Building from April 7.

Speaking to Lao Dong on April 6, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Tran Huu Bao affirmed that the information being spread on social networks regarding the demolition of the Shark's Seed building from April 7 is completely incorrect.

"Recently, due to the large number of people flocking to the Shark Den area to take photos and check-in, traffic safety has been unsafe. Therefore, we have adjusted the traffic flow in this area to ensure traffic safety. The information about barriers and traffic diversion to demolish the Shark Seafood Ms. building from April 7 is completely incorrect" - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction said.

According to the traffic organization plan of the Department of Construction, from April 7, 2025 to April 30, 2025, vehicles from Dinh Liet Street, Cau Go to Le Thai To will go in the direction: Hang Gai - Luong Van Can - Le Thai To.

Vehicles from Hang Bong and Hang Gai streets to Le Thai To go in the direction: Hang Bong - Hang Gai - Luong Van Can - Le Thai To.
