The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Tinh province has just announced the results of a survey on the 2025 New Year bonus plan of 976 enterprises and the 2025 Lunar New Year bonus plan of 1,093 enterprises in Ha Tinh province.
According to the survey, the highest expected bonus for the 2025 New Year is 40 million VND/person for enterprises with controlling shares and capital contributions from the State; the average bonus of units and enterprises is 1.7 million VND/person; a few enterprises are expected to be at the lowest level from 200,000 to 300,000 VND/person.
Regarding the Lunar New Year bonus in 2025, the highest bonus of VND 185.5 million/person belongs to foreign-invested enterprises; the average bonus is VND 4.5 million/person.
In which, the average bonus at companies with shares and capital contributions dominated by the State is 14.2 million VND/person, at LLCs with 100% charter capital held by the State is 5.1 million VND/person and at private enterprises and enterprises with foreign investment capital is 4 million VND/person.
Private enterprises (small and medium) have the lowest Lunar New Year bonus in 2025 from 300 thousand to 1 million VND/person.
As of December 2024, there are 10,226 enterprises, branches, representative offices, business locations, and cooperatives operating in Ha Tinh province.
The total number of employees working in enterprises and cooperatives is 158,814 people. Of which, 98,968 are working in enterprises and 59,846 are working in cooperatives.
