According to a report by the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, in Duong Kinh district, there are currently 13 commercial housing projects that have been approved for investment projects and land allocation by the People's Committee of Hai Phong City since 2003 - 2004. Current status The above projects were all implemented slowly over a long period of time, with low housing occupancy rates, exactly as voters recommended.

After the decision to extend land use by the City People's Committee, investors of housing projects are urgently implementing procedures to adjust planning and put land areas into use. For the recovered land areas, the City People's Committee directed the organization of auctions of land use rights for qualified investors to soon put the land into use.
