On January 16, according to information from Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV), package No. 4.7 - Construction and installation of equipment for aircraft parking facilities and other works was started by ACV from September 20, 2024.
Up to now, the joint venture contractor has completed 8.92% of the construction work of plowing and filling the K95 structure; 26.54% of the construction work of excavating and transporting the K90 fill to the storage yard; and 8.73% of the construction of C10 and C30 concrete lining for type 1 longitudinal drainage ditches.
Package No. 4.7 - Construction and installation of equipment for aircraft parking facilities and other works will be carried out within 690 days (expected completion date August 11, 2026), with a contract value of nearly VND 6,268 billion.
Package No. 4.7 includes main items such as: airport runway (aircraft parking area in front of the passenger terminal area, connecting taxiway, parking area and ground service equipment); airport service road system; airport rainwater drainage system and regulating lake; tunnel for ground service equipment; infrastructure for power supply system, telecommunications, ASE in the airport area; aircraft parking lighting system....
