The Hong Ha bridge project belongs to the Public Investment Sub-project in component project 3 of the Ring Road 4 project in the Hanoi Capital region.
The scale of the overpass is about 4.377km long, overcoming Ta Hong dyke and Huu Hong dyke, with the starting point of the route in Me Linh commune, the ending point in O Dien commune. Construction value is about 4,273 billion VND.

Regarding site clearance (GPMB), the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that so far Me Linh and O Dien communes have handed over the site to the project enterprise (O Dien commune 2.908 ha, Me Linh commune 4.3ha).
Currently, Me Linh commune is continuing to coordinate to relocate underground and above-ground works within the GPMB scope.
Regarding construction work, both construction packages have been deployed on the entire handed-over site with 30 construction teams (package XL - NS. 01 mobilized 22 construction teams; package XL - NS. 02 mobilized 8 construction teams).
As of the beginning of April 2026, 737/941 bored piles have been completed; 16/70 pile bases; construction of steel sheet piles and foundation pits of 23/70 piles; continued pouring concrete for pile body 10/70 piles. Completed 9/450 SuperT beams.

Me So bridge also belongs to the Public Investment Sub-project in component project 3 of the Ring Road 4 project in the Hanoi Capital region.
The scale of the overpass is about 2,024km long, overcoming the Huu Hong dyke and Ta Hong dyke, starting point in Hong Van commune (Hanoi City); ending point in Me So commune (Hung Yen province). Construction value is about 1,800 billion VND.
Up to now, Hong Van commune (Hanoi City) has completed site clearance work. Me So commune (Hung Yen province) has basically completed site clearance according to the initial site clearance boundary (according to the 48m site clearance boundary); currently continuing to implement additional site clearance according to the adjusted design of the section from the Red River to the left Red dike.

Regarding construction work, 221/596 bored piles, 11 pile bases, 2 pile bodies, 1 SuperT beam have been constructed.
The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027 in case the entire site and the relocation of technical infrastructure works of the People's Committees of communes are cleared and handed over in February 2026.
However, by the beginning of April, in Me So commune (Hung Yen province), the GPMB scope was not sufficient, and GPMB is currently being supplemented. Entangled with 1 household that has not received compensation money and has not been relocated, 4 power lines cutting across the route.
The Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board requested Me So commune to accelerate the additional site clearance work, urgently relocate power lines, technical infrastructure and hand over 100% of clean ground in the near future for the construction unit to deploy project construction.
