Previously, on January 9, the Phuc Loc Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board coordinated with the Commune People's Committee to pay compensation, support, and resettlement money according to Decision No. 1378/QD-UBND dated December 25, 2025 of the Phuc Loc Commune People's Committee - phase 4 (in land clearance map sheet No. 4, 5, 6, 7, 11).

Also on January 9, the Phuc Loc Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board issued Notice No. 06/TB-BQLDA on clearing crops and architectural structures on recovered land to implement the Van Phuc bridge project and the road connecting to National Highway 32.

The Phuc Loc Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board notifies and requests households and individuals who have received compensation and support to relocate assets, architectural structures, trees, and crops on land as committed to hand over the site, so that the investor can deploy project construction according to the plan.
It is requested that the heads of Xuan Tru, Xuan Doai, Xuan Dong, and Cuu Luc villages notify households that have received compensation and support for site clearance to move assets, architectural structures, trees, and crops and hand over the site before February 28, 2026.
