"On this issue, the People's Committee of Tien Giang province has focused a lot on resolving the problems and difficulties that the Department of Transport encountered when proceeding under the new Bidding Law. When the main accessories including blanks and protective film (these are two security devices) have been provided by the Vietnam Road Department, Tien Giang Department of Transport is urgently implementing the license. Tien Giang Department of Transport has committed to the Provincial People's Committee that in September 2024, it will fully pay the more than 15,000 driving licenses that the Department owes to the people. In the future, there will be no more license debts," Mr. Chieu said.
