Binh Thuan - A fishing boat was operating at sea when it discovered a missing diving crew member, so it reported and searched for him.

On the afternoon of November 19, the Border Guard Command of Binh Thuan province had initial information about the case of a missing crew member on a fishing boat.

Previously, the family of the owner of fishing boat BTh 84822 TS went to La Gi Border Control Station to report.

Fishing boat BTh 84822 TS, capacity 315CV, diving, with 13 workers.

The ship departed from La Gi port, Binh Thuan to work on the morning of November 18. While the fishing boat was operating in the sea area about 7 nautical miles south of La Gi estuary, crew member P.V.A (born in 1993, residing in Phan Thiet) was discovered missing.

The captain organized a search but still could not find this worker, so he informed his family to report. Fishing vessels operating nearby assisted in the search.

The weather in the above area has Northeast wind level 5, gusting to level 7, with average waves from 2 to 2.5 meters high. Ships operating near the above sea area are notified by the competent authority to assist in searching for the missing crew member.
