On the morning of May 4, Mr. Ngo Van Du - Vice Chairman of Thuan An Ward People's Committee (Hue City) said that by 10:45 am on the same day, forces were making efforts to search for a missing man after jumping into the Thuan An estuary area.
According to initial information, at about 5:45 pm on May 3, at the Thuan An estuary overpass, a man climbed over the railing and jumped into the water. At the scene, functional forces discovered a Sirius motorbike with license plate 75E1-028. xx black and red, along with a pair of shoes and a pair of trousers.
Through verification, the victim is suspected to be Mr. L.T. (about 47 years old), without stable jobs, recently living with his younger sister in Tan Thanh village, Phong Quang ward.
Immediately after receiving the news, local authorities coordinated with the Border Guard, the Fire and Rescue Police Department and related forces to organize searches.
