At 3 am on April 9, functional forces found the body of Mr. M.V. L (born 1975, residing in Khanh Hoa province). Mr. L is a fisherman who went missing when fishing boat BTh 80633TS was anchored on the Dinh River in Phuoc Hoi ward, Lam Dong province. The location where the body was found is about 200m from where Mr. L went missing.
Previously, on the afternoon of April 5, crew members on fishing vessel BTh 80633TS organized a meal on board. After that, the crew members did not see Mr. L, so they searched but without results.
The fishing boat owner reported the incident to the functional agency. Phuoc Hoi Ward Police coordinated with the Border Guard Station to the scene to organize inspection, search and discovered on a small boat parked about 10m away from fishing boat BTh 80633TS there was a blanket, pillow and phone of Mr. L but did not see him.
In recent days, the ward police, along with the Fire and Rescue Police force, the Border Guard force, and divers, have used many ways to search for the victim. Until dawn on April 9, functional forces found Mr. L.'s body.
After functional agencies completed the examination procedures according to regulations, Mr. L's body was handed over to his family for funeral arrangements.
