On the morning of November 4, according to information from the family, after nearly three days of mysterious loss of contact, female student Nguyen Thi Ngoc M. (18 years old, residing in Vinh Loc ward, Nghe An province) was found by the family and brought home safely.
Previously, according to relatives, on the evening of October 31, after finishing school at a vocational school in Nghe An, M. said he went out to visit the supermarket area in front of Vinh Market but then did not return home. The family called many times but could not contact him, and his phone had no signal.
That same night, the family searched everywhere and reported to Vinh Loc Ward Police. Through the extraction of the camera, the authorities determined that M. boarded a bus to Hanoi, then returned to Hong Linh bus station (Ha Tinh province), then continued to move to Ha Tinh bus station at around 2:00 p.m. on November 2.
According to the bus company, a man went with him to buy tickets for M. At that time, the female student showed signs of panic and psychological instability, causing the family to worry that she could be lured or controlled. Vinh Loc Ward Police have issued notices to find people in neighboring localities, and at the same time coordinated with the Facebook page of Hanoi City Police to spread the information, asking the online community to support the search.
On November 3, after receiving some sources from the people and support from Hanoi Police, the family identified where M. was living and brought him home safely. The female student's health and spirit are currently stable.
The family sent our deep gratitude to the Hanoi City Police, Vinh Loc Ward Police and the online community for sharing information and helping in the search process.
