Body of young man found after jumping off bridge in Quang Binh

    Quang Binh - The body of a young man jumping off Quan Hau bridge was found after nearly 2 days of being missing, about 3km from the scene.

    On March 31, the People's Committee of Quan Hau town (Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province) said that the authorities had found the body of a young man who jumped off a bridge to commit suicide about 3km from the original location.

    The victim was H.T.M (born in 2004, residing in Gia Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district), working as a delivery man. Previously, this young man was determined to have jumped from Quan Hau bridge into Nhat Le river.

    After nearly 2 days of searching, at around 6:00 p.m. on March 31, M's body was discovered in the Cua Phu boat dock area, Bao Ninh commune, Dong Hoi city.

    The victim's body was then salvaged and handed over to his family for burial according to local customs.

    As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 4:00 p.m. on March 29, young man M left his sandals and a motorbike carrying goods on the bridge and then jumped into the river and went missing.
