On June 6, according to Lao Dong's source, Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just additionally assigned more than 26.6 billion VND of the 2026 budget estimate to agencies, units, communes, and wards to implement policies and regimes according to Decree 154 of the Government.
According to the Decision, the source of money is taken from funds for salary reform, salary fluctuations, policies and other targeted tasks that have been allocated by the Provincial People's Committee in the 2026 budget estimate.
This funding is used to implement policies and regimes according to Decree 154/2025/ND-CP of the Government on streamlining staff, including regimes for non-specialized workers at the commune level.
In the total additional funding, the provincial bloc received more than 1.97 billion VND. Specifically, the Department of Agriculture and Environment was assigned more than 1.37 billion VND, and the Department of Education and Training more than 597 million VND.
Most of the funding is allocated to communes and wards with more than 24.7 billion VND. 42 communes and wards are assigned to supplement the estimate in this phase.
Some localities are allocated high levels including Bac Son commune with more than 2.49 billion VND, Chi Lang commune with more than 2.27 billion VND, Mau Son commune with more than 1.88 billion VND, Thien Thuat commune with more than 1.45 billion VND, Binh Gia commune with more than 1.12 billion VND.
Other localities with allocations of nearly 1 billion VND include Quan Son commune with more than 949 million VND, Loc Binh commune with more than 924 million VND, Thong Nhat commune with more than 889 million VND, and Luong Van Tri ward with more than 820 million VND.
Lang Son Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to be responsible for the accuracy of data and content of expenditure tasks. The Department of Finance and the Department of Home Affairs are required to guide the payment, settlement, monitoring, and inspection so that funds reach the right recipients.
