On May 15, the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province informed that the province had just sent a report to the Ministry of Home Affairs on the results of the implementation of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government until April 30, 2025. At the same time, it is expected that the number of people implementing the regime and policies is up to 31.12.2025.
According to the Provincial People's Committee, in 2025, Dak Lak is expected to have 1,086 people retiring early and quitting their jobs. Of which, there are 21 cadres from the district level and 329 civil servants and public employees. There are 714 commune-level cadres and civil servants.
Also in 2025, the province will have 22 people retiring early, quitting work under labor contracts before January 15, 2019, and people working under labor contracts will apply the same policy as civil servants.
Dak Lak province plans to spend about more than 1,200 billion VND for the total number of cadres above to enjoy the regime according to regulations.
After issuing the above decision, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to complete the procedures for issuing additional state budget expenditure estimates for 2025 to the units.
Heads of units are responsible for managing and paying policies and regimes to the right subjects and conducting payment and settlement in accordance with current State regulations.
