Up to now, I have been transferred to Cam Pha City to continue treatment."
On the afternoon of February 1, when vehicles were lining up to cross the Con Nhat ferry (Giao Thuy town, Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province) to go to Thai Binh, a black Camry suddenly cut in front.
"At that time, I moved my car to block and reminded the Camry driver about the need to comply with the queue when getting off the ferry. However, this person immediately turned around and cursed loudly, then called many other people to come and assault me. One man even climbed through the car door, kicked me hard, causing my mouth to bleed. The group of people above and I had no previous conflict, we were just reminded and were beaten like that," said Mr. T.
According to Mr. T, at the time of the incident, in addition to him, there were 2 women and many children in the car.

According to the video, many people put their hands through the car window and attacked the driver. Notably, a man wearing a black jacket climbed his legs and body through the car window and kicked the people in the car repeatedly. Many people were very upset about the actions of the group of people above.
On the evening of February 1, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of Giao Thuy Town People's Committee confirmed that the incident occurred at Con Nhat ferry in the area in the afternoon of the same day. Initial information indicated that a fight broke out while waiting for the ferry. Currently, the local government and functional forces have grasped the information and are investigating the incident.
