Reorganizing motorbike traffic on Ring Road 3

    Hanoi - The Department of Construction will pilot traffic organization adjustment on the motorbike lane below the elevated Ring Road 3.

    The Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a pilot plan to adjust traffic organization on the motorbike lane (under the elevated Ring Road 3) at the Nghiem Xuan Yem - Nguyen Huu Tho intersection.

    At the motorbike lane below the elevated Ring Road 3 in the direction of Nghiem Xuan Yem to Hoang Liet, one-way traffic will be adjusted for motorbikes in the direction of Nghiem Xuan Yem to Hoang Liet. At the same time, adjusting traffic organization to allow motorbikes to turn left onto Nguyen Huu Tho Street.

    At the motorbike lane below the elevated Ring Road 3 in the direction from Hoang Liet to Nghiem Xuan Yem, the two-way traffic organization plan for motorbikes will remain the same.

    Motorbikes are prohibited from going straight into the motorbike lane below Ring Road 3 on the opposite side. Motorbikes that need to go to Dau Bridge will have to turn right onto Nghiem Xuan Yem Street.

    The pilot implementation period is 6 months, starting from March 16, 2025.
