In recent days, units have been speeding up the construction progress to be able to locate the Binh Goi bridge (in An Son ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province) in May 2025.
Binh Goi Bridge is part of the construction package of 4 Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 projects through Binh Duong. The Binh Goi Bridge project has a total investment of nearly 600 billion VND. The bridge started construction in October 2023.
Binh Goi Bridge is 1 km long, with a cross-section of 19.75 m, a scale of 4 lanes, and a speed designed according to the standards of a highway reaching 100 km/h. The project is constructed by a joint venture between the North-South Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company and the North-South Construction and Construction and Construction Machinery Joint Stock Company.
After a year and a half of construction, the bored piles have reached 100% (218/218), the accumulated pillar body has reached 22 pillars/22 pillars; completed casting the main span on the T7 pillar, casting the T8 span. The M1 and M2 abutment access roads are being dug for organic peeling and sand filling on the service road.
Notably, spans across the Saigon River have been installed. Only one bridge span on the Binh Duong side is being urgently constructed.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province said that the province aims to complete the Binh Goi bridge project on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday.

It is known that the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project has a total length of 76.34 km, passing through 4 localities including Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long An. The total investment of this project is 75,378 billion VND, including 33,788 billion VND for construction costs and 41,590 billion VND for site clearance.
The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 passing through Binh Duong province is about 26.6 km long, with a total investment of VND 19,280 billion. Binh Duong province will ensure construction progress and put the route into operation in 2026.
