Electric car drivers inspire green living for customers
After more than 2 years of SM Green operation, green drivers have become a familiar image to Vietnamese people, contributing to making electric vehicles a priority means of transportation for the people (SM Green currently ranks No. 1 in terms of market share in the fourth quarter of 2024).
Mr. Ha Manh Tien (born in 1994), SM Green driver in Nghia Lo town (Yen Bai province) shared: "After driving an electric car, I found it very convenient. I have introduced electric vehicles to friends and relatives, encouraging everyone to switch to using electric vehicles. I think using electric vehicles is very good for me, but it would be even better if it spread widely, contributing to building a green life and protecting the fresh air".
Every time he has the opportunity to talk to customers, Mr. Tien always shares stories about using electric vehicles, emphasizing the positive impact on the environment and reducing air pollution. In particular, he believes that using an electric motor is an effective solution to improve air quality, improve health and quality of life.
Mr. Tien said that customers all feel comfortable and satisfied when using electric car services.
"They choose electric vehicles because they want to contribute to environmental protection, reduce air pollution, noise and want to have smooth trips," Mr. Tien shared.
In order to show gratitude to the "Green Talent of Technology" community - those who are quietly contributing to a cleaner living environment through zero-emission green trips, GSM officially chose the first Wednesday of April every year as Green Talent of Technology Respond Day. The first Green Talent Technology Response Day held on April 2, 2025 in Hanoi was supported and agreed by the Ministry of Construction.
This is an initiative proposed by Xanh SM to honor the profession of electric vehicle drivers - those who have conducted hundreds of millions of green vehicle trips each year, contributing to reducing hundreds of thousands of tons of CO2 emissions to the environment.
Xanh SM is also the organizer of a series of events to announce and celebrate the first Green Talent Technology Day in 3 regions: Hanoi (2.4), Da Nang (9.4), Ho Chi Minh City (4.4) with special activities to honor and express gratitude to the driver community.

The initiative to implement the Green Talent Technology Day continues to affirm the pioneering and leading role of SM Green in the green transportation revolution in Vietnam, while demonstrating its commitment to accompanying and developing sustainably with the driver community.
The highlight of this program is the Awards Green Awards Awards 2025, honoring the typical individuals with 5 items: Excellent Green Dr. - for 100 drivers with outstanding achievements according to sales, customer evaluation points and the ratio of the trip; Blue fire holder - driver sticking from the first days of establishment and always inspired and train the next generation of Uncle Ho; Green Creator - Driver creates many excellent content in the top view and has a meaning of spreading the green lifestyle on the Creator blue platform; Green Hero - a driver who has practical action for the community; And Green Sprout inspires - award for children who are talented from 4 to 15 years old, participating in talent, art and photography contests. The total value of this year's prize is nearly VND 400 million.
The event is also an opportunity for the driving community nationwide to exchange, share experiences and update career development trends in the field of technology transportation. This is also part of Xanh SM's long-term orientation to build a comprehensive professional ecosystem for drivers, from skills training, technology support to improving income and building a development roadmap.
