The Hanoi People's Committee will implement it in 3 phases.
Phase 1 to June 10, focus on preparing basic conditions for connecting, digitizing, and cleaning data and information on the marital status of citizens at units under the Justice sector, People's Courts at the provincial and district levels.
Phase 2 from June 10 to June 30, coordinate to update data, synchronously standardize information on marriage status from the civil status database managed by the Ministry of Justice, the Professional Management System for receiving and handling cases and cases of the People's Court managed by the Supreme People's Court with the national population database system to display on the VneID application.
Phase 3 from July 1 to August 31, deploy the use of marital status information on the VNeID application to serve the settlement of administrative procedures and civil transactions, other requirements according to the provisions of law. Organize a review of administrative procedures that require documents on marriage confirmation, and at the same time advise competent central ministries and branches on proposing to reduce the document components for administrative procedures that require "confirmation of marriage status", moving towards cutting down on the procedure for "issuance of marriage certificate".
The City People's Committee assigned departments, branches, sectors, district-level People's Committees, and commune-level People's Committees (new) to disseminate to 100% of leaders, civil servants, public employees, and workers at their agencies, units, and localities the content of the plan, significance, and importance of the peak period; Requiring 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of their agencies and units to authenticate and integrate marital status information on the VneID application.
Along with that, deploy solutions to propagate and promote communication work on electronic information portals of agencies and units, on social networking sites, community Zalo groups; organize reviews of legal documents, administrative procedures with documents requiring "confirmation of marital status" to propose to central ministries and branches to cut down on the procedure for "issuance of marriage certificate".
Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities, Chairmen of People's Committees at the new commune level (after the arrangement of administrative units) are responsible to the head for completing the peak period targets in the area under their charge, creating all favorable conditions, arranging funding and human resources, mobilizing social resources for the entire population.
