3 wards in Ho Chi Minh City have the most expensive apartment prices, reaching nearly 280 million VND/m2
According to the real estate market report of the One Mount Group Market Research & Customer Understanding Center, in the fourth quarter of 2025, in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, the average selling price reached 103.2 million VND/m2, an increase of 8.6% compared to the previous quarter and a significant increase of 25% compared to the same period in 2024.
One Mount Group forecasts that the Ho Chi Minh City market will continue its recovery trend in 2026. Ho Chi Minh City develops 450,000 trade union members each year
At the Conference to deploy the union member development plan for the period 2026 - 2030, guiding trade union finance work and applying digital transformation in trade union activities just held, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation said that it will strive to develop at least 450,000 union members per year, including at least 5,000 union members in the informal sector.

Metro Line 2 drills for geological exploration, ready to dig underground station in March
Mr. Phan Cong Bang - Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Authority (MAUR) - and representatives of the contractor had a field inspection of the construction site of Metro Line No. 2 project (Ben Thanh - Tham Luong). Immediately after the project started, the units started surveying and preparing for the overall construction campaign lasting 57 months with the goal of reaching the target by 2030.
