Ho Chi Minh City allows the launch of a low-altitude fireworks display, lasting 5 minutes, taking place from 9:00 p.m. to 9:05 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday night, lasting from August 16 to December 31, 2025. In addition, there will be a similar fireworks display on Saturday evening, February 7, 2026.
In addition to regular fireworks displays on weekends, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also agreed to organize high-altitude fireworks displays at Vinhomes Grand Park Urban Area on holidays, including: National Day on September 2, 2025; the evening of October 4, 2025; the evening of December 21, 2025; New Year's Eve (December 31, 2025).
The high-altitude fireworks display lasts 15 minutes, from 9:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the City Police, the City Command, and the Long Binh Ward People's Committee to coordinate in guiding the Green City Development Joint Stock Company (organizing unit) to comply with the provisions of law.
