HCMC stops buses to pick up and drop off officials from Binh Duong, replaces with 2 new bus routes
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Public Transport Management Center, after 4 months of piloting (from July 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025), shuttle buses for officials from Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (formerly) have completed the goal of supporting the travel needs of civil servants and public employees working at the Ho Chi Minh City Administrative Center.

Ho Chi Minh City implements the Project to improve medical capacity in Can Gio, facility 2 of Tu Du Hospital with the model of a joint general hospital that will operate from November 10.

This is a public general hospital using the existing infrastructure of the Can Gio District Medical Center (old) managed by Tu Du Hospital (operating according to the model of facility 2) closely linked with many leading general and specialized hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City to become a type of general hospital, serving people living and working in Can Gio and neighboring areas.
A representative of the Department of Health said that Can Gio is a coastal area, where people are still having difficulty accessing high-quality healthcare services, and Can Gio is also in the process of developing a marine economy, tourism, and seaports. Metro No. 1 passengers are about to take elevators to 7 elevated stations
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has just approved a project to build and install an elevator system at pedestrian overpasses connecting to the elevated station of Metro Line No. 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien).
The project includes 8 elevators arranged at 7 pedestrian overpasses along Metro Line 1, making it easy for passengers to access elevated stations. Each elevator has a load of 1,000 kg, including 2 stops. See more...
Thu Dau Mot University continues to announce tuition refunds exceeding the prescribed fees
On November 1, Thu Dau Mot University issued a notice about the refund of tuition fees collected, which is too high compared to the provisions of Decree No.7/2023/ND-CP.
The subjects of payment are students of university-level training systems who have paid tuition fees for the second semester of the 2021-2022 school year to the 2022-2023 school year. For students who are still studying, they will be deducted from the tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year. For graduates, the refund will be made when they have completed their debts (if any) and must provide full information, account number, and transaction bank name of the students.
