Accordingly, on July 29, at the headquarters of the Hanoi People's Procuracy, authorized by the President, on behalf of the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Mr. Nguyen Duy Giang - Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy - awarded the Third-class Labor Medal to Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Director of the Hanoi People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Hong Son - Deputy Director of the Hanoi City People's Procuracy - announced the President's decision to award the Third-class Labor Medal to Mr. Nguyen Van Dung for "excellent achievements in the working process, contributing to the cause of building socialism and protecting the Fatherland".
This is the recognition of the Party and State for the persistent contributions of Mr. Nguyen Van Dung in more than 33 years of working in the People's Procuracy sector.
Also this week, on July 25, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy organized a ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its establishment (August 2, 1976 - August 2, 2026) and receive the title of Labor Hero, First-class Labor Medal.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Luu Quang - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Mr. Tran Luu Quang awarded the title of Labor Hero; Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien awarded the First-class Labor Medal to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy. These noble awards recognize the particularly outstanding achievements of the unit in the process of building, growing up and performing political tasks over the past 50 years.
On the same occasion, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy was honored to receive the Traditional Flag of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. The Prosecution and Investigation Supervision Department, Supervision of first-instance trials of economic and corruption cases (Department 3) was awarded the Third-class Labor Medal for outstanding achievements in exercising the right to prosecute, supervising investigation, and supervising the trial of criminal cases.
Many collectives and individuals of the People's Procuracy at two levels of Ho Chi Minh City were praised and rewarded by the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City for their outstanding achievements in the working process.
