At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Director of the Institute of Prosecution and Appeal Procuracy in Hanoi, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Spreme People's Procuracy) from September 1, 2025.
Next, the Organizing Committee announced the President's Decision on awarding the Second Class Labor Medal to Mr. Tang Ngoc Tuan - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Supreme People's Procuracy (retired from September 1, 2025) and the Third Class Labor Medal to Mr. Luong Minh Thong - former Director of the Department of Detention and Exploitation of Criminal Sentences (Supitive People's Procuracy).
At the ceremony, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien presented the decision to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai; at the same time, authorized by the President, Mr. Tien presented the decisions to Mr. Tang Ngoc Tuan and Mr. Luong Minh Thong.
