Nhuan Trach Industrial Park Project (located in Luong Son District) invested by Hoa Phu - Hoa Binh Company Limited, was approved by the Prime Minister in February 2022. With a scale of 213.68 hectares and a total investment of nearly VND 2,400 billion, this is one of the large-scale industrial parks in Hoa Binh province.
According to the project investor, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park will start construction on October 1, 2025. As of May 2025, the project has completed many important legal procedures such as adjusting detailed planning 1/2000, 1/500, land allocation, signing land lease contracts with an area of over 88 hectares.
Site clearance, leveling, and construction of technical infrastructure - including internal traffic routes, drainage systems, power supply, wastewater treatment plants, and operating houses - are being accelerated.
Recorded at the construction site on May 16, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is located right at the gateway to Hanoi Capital. Here, an area with an area of dozens of hectares is basically flattened, many internal roads have been formed.
Construction teams are focusing on installing drainage systems and underground technical infrastructure. Excavators and trucks operate continuously from early morning to late afternoon, demonstrating the strong determination of investors and contractors.
Ms. Tran Thi Tam - technical officer in charge of the project's construction - shared: "The unit is focusing highly on important items of the first phase, including leveling and building basic infrastructure.
Despite prolonged hot weather conditions, the entire team still maintained continuous construction in shifts to ensure on schedule. Determined to complete the clean site to be ready to hand over to secondary investors in the third quarter of 2025.
According to the plan, in May and June 2025, two essential items including the Wastewater Treatment Plant (capacity of 1,700m3/day) and the Clean Water Supply Plant (2,500m3/day) will start construction. These are important infrastructure projects, creating an operating foundation for the entire industrial park
According to the investor's representative, the project's progress still faces many difficulties. Because the route from National Highway 6 and National Highway 21A connecting to the industrial park is not yet complete, it affects the transportation of materials, equipment and investment attraction.
In addition, the water supply for the plant is currently dependent on the Bui River Pumping Station project - invested by the Provincial People's Committee and is in the process of selecting a construction contractor.
When put into operation, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is expected to attract about 30,000 direct jobs and about 10,000 indirect jobs through commercial and service activities for the locality and neighboring provinces.
