Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police, on August 26, at My Dinh National Stadium (Tu Liem ward, Hanoi), the second leg of the Southeast Asian Football Championship final match between the Vietnamese team and the Thai team will take place.
To ensure smooth traffic, Hanoi City Police direct traffic and organize directions for all types of vehicles, as follows:
Time to organize temporary ban, restriction of vehicles: From 2:00 PM on August 26 to the end of August 26.
Roads temporarily closed, vehicles restricted:
Temporarily prohibited for trucks with a designed total weight of 1.5 tons or more, passenger cars of 16 seats or more (except for buses, garbage collection vehicles, incident handling vehicles, vehicles with protective badges, vehicles of the Police, Army and other priority vehicles according to the provisions of law) and restricted for other vehicles participating in traffic operating on some routes:
Le Quang Dao, Le Duc Tho, Tan My, Me Tri, Tran Huu Duc, Ham Nghi, Nguyen Co Thach, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Hoang, Chau Van Liem, right side road of Thang Long Avenue (from Pham Hung to Le Quang Dao).
During the above time, Hanoi City Police organize directions for vehicles to circle, avoid temporarily prohibited areas, and restrict vehicles as follows:
Vehicles from National Highway 32 going towards Thang Long Avenue: passing through Provincial Road 70 or elevated Ring Road 3... and vice versa.
For roads and other vehicles, comply with Decision No. 52/2026/QD-UBND dated April 30, 2026 of the Hanoi People's Committee amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 01/2026/QD-UBND dated January 4, 2026 of the Hanoi People's Committee regulating the operation of road vehicles in Hanoi City and other adjusting documents of competent authorities.
Hanoi City Police requested the Department of Construction to base on the traffic diversion notice to direct functional units to adjust routes, passenger car routes, and limit traffic volume and frequency of operation on routes according to the content of the notice.
Request all vehicles participating in traffic to be conscious and strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and according to the guidance and traffic diversion of functional forces.
