According to initial information, at noon on September 6, baby D.T.M.N. (10 years old, living in Suoi Lon neighborhood, Phu Quoc area) and his friend went out and unfortunately slipped and fell into a hole near a project and drowned.
When the incident happened, a friend who was with him ran to the residential area to call an adult to come and save him, but because the incident occurred far away, when the residents arrived, N had died.
