Upon receiving the news, the Fire Police and Rescue Department of Ninh Binh Province dispatched fire trucks and officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire.
By around 9:20 a.m. the same day, the fire was completely extinguished. The cause of the fire is currently being investigated by authorities.
