In order to facilitate people when performing administrative procedures, over the past 2 months, Phan Thiet ward has piloted the "convenient file bag" model at the local Public Administration Service Center.

When coming to receive the results of handling administrative procedures in the two fields of business registration and civil status (except for copy certification, signature certification), people are given a bag of documents for free to hold documents.
The bag is designed to be compact, with the administrative reform logo, address, phone number and hotline of the Ward Public Administration Service Center printed.
In particular, the QR code printed on the bag helps people quickly access the Phan Thiet ward's electronic information page to look up procedures, make recommendations or submit documents online without having to go directly to the headquarters.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam - Deputy Director of the Phan Thiet Ward Public Administration Center, said - the dossier bags are provided free of charge to the people and do not incur additional costs.
"The funding source is taken from the local administrative reform budget," Mr. Nam added.

This initiative is highly appreciated by many people for its convenience and practicality. Mr. Bui Trai - a resident of Phan Thiet ward, shared: "I was very surprised to receive my child's birth certificate when I was given a free application bag. This bag helps preserve records better, prevent loss, and have available guidance information, very convenient.
Similarly, Mr. Le Van Loc - a local resident, said: "A bag with a QR code is very convenient. Just scan the code to see instructions or look up procedures later, without having to ask again.

After receiving the results, the center's civil servants will instruct people on how to look up and use the bag, and at the same time support access to the national public service portal to submit documents online, saving time and travel costs.
Phan Thiet Ward will complete and expand the model to other administrative procedures, add more utilities and improve the design of the dossier in the coming time.
The model is expected to contribute to improving the quality of administrative reform, bringing the image of a friendly, modern government and being close to the people. In addition, it also contributes to improving the quality of the local administrative reform index.
