Accordingly, at around 7:10 a.m. on November 19, Ms. D.T.D, born in 1988, was driving a motorbike with license plate: 35B-041.54 carrying Ms. D.T.T, born in 1983, sitting behind, traveling on National Highway 10 (in the direction of Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh).
When reaching km153+500 (in Khanh Nhac commune, Ninh Binh), he suddenly collided with a truck with license plate: 35C-146.68, driven by Mr. H.V.H, born in 1985 (residing in Bac Quang commune, Ha Giang), traveling in the same direction.
As a result, Ms. T, who was sitting behind the motorbike, died on the spot. It is known that Ms. T and Ms. D, both of whom are workers at a leather shoe company located in Khanh Nhac commune. On the morning of November 19, Ms. D drove Ms. T to work when she suddenly had an accident.
Currently, the authorities are investigating and verifying the cause of the accident to handle it according to the provisions of the law.
