According to initial information, at around 7:35 a.m. on June 3, a serious traffic accident occurred at the Ngoc Hoi - Phan Trong Tue intersection, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi, causing one person to die on the spot.
Witness at the scene said that at that time, the truck with license plate 89H-082.XX was turning right from Ngoc Hoi Street to Phan Trong Tue Street when it collided with a motorbike (license plate unknown), with a female student on the vehicle.
The strong collision caused the female student to die on the spot. It is known that the victim was born in 2003, a final year student at a university in Hanoi.
A representative of Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 (Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police) said that immediately after receiving the information, the unit sent officers and soldiers to the scene to direct traffic and regulate traffic; at the same time, coordinated with relevant agencies to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
The case is currently being further investigated and handled according to regulations.
