According to information at around 7:12 a.m. on January 13, at Thang Tri market area, Minh Tri commune, when an excavator was moving on the road, it suddenly collided with a motorbike moving in the opposite direction carrying 2 students from Minh Tri Primary School. The collision caused the 2 students to die on the spot.
After the tragic accident, the leaders of Minh Tri Commune People's Committee also visited the victims' families to encourage them and initially supported each victim with 3 million VND.
