In which, the progress of construction package No. 3 (section from Binh Chuan intersection to Saigon River nearly 9 km long) is being accelerated to strive to reach the finish line early. This section, phase 1, builds a scale of 4 expressway lanes and parallel roads on both sides.

The entire ground of about 2 km of the parallel road section through the expressway overpass has been cleared. Units are leveling, making drainage culverts and excavating and filling the road surface.
The remaining section is nearly 7 km long, the contractors are embanking, compacting the roadbed, and proceeding with paving. According to the Binh Duong Traffic Works Project Management Board, construction package No. 3 started in February 2024, the construction time according to the contract is 960 days. It is expected that the overpass and road section will be completed in September 2026.
