    Hanoi - Below is a list of food safety violations in Dong Da ward in April 2026.

    Dong Da Ward People's Committee has just publicly announced the list of establishments sanctioned for administrative violations of food safety in the area in April 2026.

    Accordingly, Thien Thai Investment - Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company (No. 60B Xa Dan 2) was issued Decision No. 274/QD-XPHC dated April 7, 2026 by Dong Da Ward People's Committee for displaying and storing food on equipment, tools, and materials that do not ensure hygiene; fine of 8 million VND.

    Following that, in Decision No. 291/QD-XPHC dated April 13, 2026, the Ward People's Committee fined Duong Thi Thuy business establishment (No. 1, alley 26, Vo Van Dung) for the act of using people directly in contact with food but not wearing full labor protection according to regulations; the fine is 4 million VND.

    According to Decision No. 308/QD-XPHC dated April 17, 2026, TPT Hanoi Trading Co., Ltd. (lane 4, Dia village, Phuc Thinh commune, Hanoi City) was fined 8 million VND for not having tools to collect and store waste and waste to ensure hygiene.
