On January 27, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the Task Force of the Traffic Police Department had just coordinated with Bim Son Ward Police to detect and fine a young man driving a motorbike for many violations of traffic order and safety.

Previously, on Le Loi street, Bim Son ward, Thanh Hoa province, during patrol and control, the Task Force of the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police discovered a young man driving a motorbike without a helmet, so they stopped the vehicle for administrative inspection.

Through inspection, the police force determined that the driver of the vehicle did not have a driver's license; the vehicle did not have a license plate as prescribed; the driver did not wear a helmet. In addition, the vehicle also showed signs of improper exhaustion.

Immediately after that, the Task Force coordinated with Bim Son Ward Police to make a record of administrative violations and temporarily seize the vehicle according to the provisions of law. The total fine for drivers and vehicle owners who violated was 26.5 million VND.

Through the above incident, Thanh Hoa traffic police force recommends that people, especially teenagers, need to raise awareness of strictly complying with the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety during peak periods before, during and after the Lunar New Year; absolutely do not drive vehicles when they do not meet the conditions, do not use vehicles that have been modified and modified against regulations.
