Previously, on Le Loi street, Bim Son ward, Thanh Hoa province, during patrol and control, the Task Force of the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police discovered a young man driving a motorbike without a helmet, so they stopped the vehicle for administrative inspection.
Through inspection, the police force determined that the driver of the vehicle did not have a driver's license; the vehicle did not have a license plate as prescribed; the driver did not wear a helmet. In addition, the vehicle also showed signs of improper exhaustion.
Immediately after that, the Task Force coordinated with Bim Son Ward Police to make a record of administrative violations and temporarily seize the vehicle according to the provisions of law. The total fine for drivers and vehicle owners who violated was 26.5 million VND.
