With the Viettel Tammi application, customers can proactively convert from physical SIM to eSIM right on their phone without going to the store. After logging into the application, customers select the eSIM exchange feature in the MyViettel section and follow the instructions. The entire process is digitized, saving time, limiting travel and bringing a more convenient experience to users.
Expanding eSIM conversion on digital platforms is also a step in Viettel's strategy to transform from a telecommunications enterprise (Telco) to a technology enterprise (Techco). In addition to investing in infrastructure and technology development, Viettel continues to apply digital platforms to simplify customer service processes, towards building a modern digital ecosystem with a more seamless and convenient experience.
The promotion program applies from July 1, 2026 nationwide. Customers can perform eSIM conversion at Viettel transaction stores or online on the Viettel Tammi application to enjoy preferential fees and experience a fast and convenient conversion process.
