The Politburo decided to appoint Mr. Dang Xuan Phong - Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee - to hold the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Deputy Secretaries include, Ms. Dinh Thi Lua - Standing Deputy Secretary, Mr. Le Quoc Chinh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Mai Van Tuat - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
The Politburo decided to appoint the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 100 comrades, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, consisting of 25 comrades.
Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, born in 1972, is from the old Vinh Phuc province, now Phu Tho province. He has a PhD in Economics and a bachelor's degree in Political Theory.
He has worked for many years in the old Lao Cai province, holding the positions of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Lao Cai province, Secretary of the Bac Ha District Party Committee, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province, Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
In January 2025, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong was transferred and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee.
