The 2025 Hospital Management Asia (H Hospital Management Asia - HMA 2025) Conference has just taken place in Ho Chi Minh City. The conference gathered 399 projects from 140 hospitals in 14 countries with the theme "Quality, experience and leadership in the health sector: Integration - Inspiration - Innovation".
In particular, the project " Management of people with allergies - immunity" of Vinmec Times City Allergy - Clinical Immunology Center has surpassed hundreds of initiatives to be honored, marking the first time Vietnam has had a representative winning an award in the category.

In Vietnam, the treatment of allergic and immune diseases still has many limitations such as: patients are often diagnosed late, unprofessional treatment, leading to low efficiency. With the desire to change the situation, the team led by Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh (Director of Vinmec Clinical Allergy - Immunology Center) has pioneered the application of GA2LEN international models (ADCARE and UCARE), deploying an integrated practice model (IPU), combining standardized assessment tools, focusing on patients.
Within just two years, treatment results have improved significantly: 83% of patients with atopic dermatitis improved their POEM index, 82% of patients with chronic hives achieved UCT ≥12 points.
Not only innovating expertise, the Center also actively participates in the community through activities such as the "Joining hands to protect the green sky" seminar or the "Environment and Respiratory Allergy Disease Week" with free foreign testing services, helping to raise awareness and prevent respiratory allergy risks in the context of increasing air pollution and climate change.
Becoming the first medical unit in Vietnam to be honored in this category is a historic milestone, affirming Vinmec's professional capacity and innovative spirit in the field of allergy - immunology. Vinmec's initiatives not only improve treatment effectiveness and improve patient quality of life, but also contribute to bringing Vietnamese healthcare closer to international standards.
Also within the framework of the HMA 2025 Conference, former General Director (now Chairman of Vinmec Health System) Ms. Le Thuy Anh was awarded the "Hospital CEO of the Year" award.

Ms. Thuy Anh is a pioneer in implementing new healthcare management models in Vietnam such as: system governance by specialty, Service Line model (healthcare service management by specialty), disease management according to IPU with the participation of patients and families (PROM/PREM) according to the 4P philosophy (Prevention - Prevention - Identification - Participation). The improvements have created the foundation for Vinmec's breakthrough, bringing Vietnam's private healthcare close to global standards.
After 13 years, Vinmec has become the first private healthcare system in Vietnam to develop according to the academic healthcare model with 3 pillars: clinical - research - training. Vinmec is also the only health system in Vietnam with hospitals that are members of the Cleveland Clinic Connected network (USA), and has also achieved a series of prestigious international certifications: JCI, ACC, RTAC, AABB, UCARE, ADCARE, CAP, AFC.

Vinmec has also been honored many times at the Asian Hospital Management Conference with awards such as "Most Advanced Hospital in Vietnam" and "Patient Safety". Being named at the prestigious regional award for the third time not only recognizes professional efforts, but also affirms Vinmec's hospital management and operation capacity.
With the mission of creating new medical standards, Vinmec develops Excellent Centers, implements specialized training programs and global cooperation - bringing better values to patients, while contributing to improving Vietnam's healthcare in the international arena.
