"The video caused a stir in public opinion after it was posted on social media. That same night, we directed the investigation and summoned two people in the clip for questioning. At the investigation agency, the woman confessed that she was so drunk that she stripped herself and no one forced her. The person who pulled the woman when she fell out of the car was the driver who was with her," said the leader of Vinh City Police.
