Bui M.T. was the driver of the car in the above clip, so the authorities drew up a record of administrative violation for the violation of "Opening the car door, leaving the car door open unsafely", with a fine of 4 million to 6 million VND.
As Lao Dong reported, on February 4, a 2-minute clip was circulated on social media recording the image of a car with license plate 37A-35x.xx traveling on the road when the car door opened, and a naked girl fell out of the car onto the road.
At this time, the car stopped, the person in the car pulled the girl up and continued to drive into the alley leading to the apartment building.
The incident was recorded by the dash cam of the car behind. It was dark at the time, there were few vehicles moving, fortunately there was no traffic collision. The clip was filmed on Hong Bang Street, Vinh City (Nghe An).
It is known that the incident happened on the evening of the first day of the Lunar New Year 2025. The girl in the clip above is Nguyen T.N (born in 1980, residing in Vinh City, Nghe An). The cause of the above incident was because Nguyen T.N drank too much, was drunk, and could not control her behavior.
