On August 9, Mr. Dang Tho Dan - Head of the Traffic Project Management Department (Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board) - said that the unit is continuing to coordinate with the People's Committee of Cuor Dang Commune and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
The goal is to complete the mobilization of people to hand over the site to construct the Ho Chi Minh road project, the section avoiding the East of Buon Ma Thuot.

According to Mr. Dan, there are still some households in the project area that have not handed over the site. For the households that have handed over, the investor and the construction unit have supported human resources to dismantle and clean up for handover.
The project is implemented in the form of rolling: both construction and mobilization of people, to ensure completion and putting into use in 2025.
The authorities have stepped up propaganda so that people clearly understand the meaning and importance of the project. Households subject to relocation will be compensated and supported in accordance with regulations.
"We hope that people will accompany and share the difficulties of the investor so that the project can be completed on schedule. If it is not completed in 2025, the project will face many risks, Mr. Dan emphasized.

Recorded at the scene, most households had demolished their houses in areas subject to site clearance. The contractor is focusing on vehicles and materials to speed up the construction progress, completing the project that has been delayed for many years.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, the Ho Chi Minh Road Project, the section avoiding the East of Buon Ma Thuot (Dak Lak province) has a total investment of more than VND1,800 billion from the central budget with a length of more than 39km.
The project is invested by the Dak Lak Province Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board.
However, for more than a year, the project still has 1km (from Km0+000 to Km1+000) that has not been constructed due to land clearance.
This has led to existing roads being damaged with mud, potholes, buffalo holes... greatly affecting the travel and living needs of the people.
