Request to disburse 100% of allocated capital
The Dak Lak Provincial Traffic Construction and Rural Development Investment Project Management Board (abbreviated as Dak Lak Project Management Board) is allocated nearly VND3,150 billion in 2025 to implement key projects in the locality.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the disbursement of 100% of the allocated capital.
Mr. Nguyen Tai Minh, Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Project Management Board, said that in 2025, the unit will focus on completing the Ho Chi Minh road project, the section avoiding the East of Buon Ma Thuot city, and the project to renovate and upgrade Provincial Road 1.
These are two particularly important projects with a total investment of nearly VND3,000 billion, which has been behind schedule for many years and needs to be completely completed in the year.
According to Mr. Lu Ngoc Sinh, Director of the Dak Lak Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board, in 2025, the unit has three important public investment projects that need to be completed.
Including: upgrading and expanding Provincial Road 2 (section Km6+431 - Km22+550, Krong Ana district), building the Oncology Center - Central Highlands General Hospital and Buon Ho Town General Hospital. The total investment of these three projects exceeds VND1,500 billion, with the goal of reaching the target within the year.
Faced with pressure to disburse and ensure progress, management boards require contractors to stick to the target and commit to implementing the plan correctly. During the dry season, contractors must continuously report progress and complete important milestones.
Mr. Sinh affirmed that he will closely monitor the quality of construction and resolutely replace weak contractors to ensure progress and disbursement plans.
Recorded the reality at the project to renovate and upgrade Provincial Road 2, the joint venture of An Nguyen Company Limited and Hoang Nam Company Limited is focusing on human resources and equipment to speed up construction.
Currently, the contractor is thoroughly handling the situation of unsafe traffic, potholes, and dust on the road about 1km through Dray Sap and Ea Bong communes (Krong Ana district).
The investor requires that within the next three months, the contractor must complete the road surface layer to ensure safety for vehicles moving. By the end of 2025, the project will complete the sidewalks and the entire project as planned.

Disbursement results are the criterion for evaluating work
2025 is the final year of the plan to deploy medium-term public investment capital for the period 2021-2025.
With favorable weather conditions in the first 6 months of the year, contractors have the opportunity to speed up the construction progress. However, if not completed or exceeded in the coming time, construction in the rainy season will face many difficulties.
Faced with this great pressure, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi requested that newly started public investment projects and capital plans for 2025 must have disbursement data before June 30.
By September 30, projects must disburse over 60% of the plan, and by January 31, 2026, 100% of the plan must be disbursed.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that investors are fully responsible to the Provincial People's Committee for the construction progress, disbursement, payment of completed volume and construction quality.
The disbursement result is also one of the criteria for evaluating the level of task completion in 2025 of the unit's leaders.
